Emailing session participants

You can selectively email the participants (and their primary parent) in a specific session.

  1. Under the Attendance tab, click Session Schedule > Calendar View > Day tab.
  2. Select the required day by clicking the <, Today or > links.
  3. Next to the required session, click the Email link.
  4. Filter which recipients to send the email:
    1. In the Contact type field, select to send the email to Athletes, Primary parents, or both.
    2. In the Gender (Athletes only) field, select to send the email to Male, Female or Both genders of athletes.
    3. In the Age (Athletes only) field, select to send the email to athletes of All ages or within an Age range and specify the age range and effective date.
  5. If required, save this email filter by selecting the Save this filter checkbox and entering a unique name for the filter.
  6. Click the OK button to create and send or schedule the email.
