Setting up single payment

You can set up single payment to require registrants to pay in full.

  1. In the Pay in full box, enter the registration fee.
    • Set a single price for all the group, click One price for all, and then enter the fee.
    • Set different price for each group, click Set price individually, and enter fee for each group.
  2. To set different price for each group, click Advanced options and clear the Same billing settings for all group checkbox, and then enter the price for each group.
  3. To set a early or late registration price, enter the prices and effective dates.

    The following example shows how registration price is calculated:

    If the normal price is $30, early registration price is $25 by 09/01/2011, and late registration price is $35 by 10/01/2011.

    • Registrants pay $25 when registering before or on 09/01/2011.
    • Registrants pay $30 when registering between 09/02/2011 and 09/30/2011.
    • Registrants pay $35 when registering on or after 10/01/2011.
  4. To allow prorated billing so that when registrants purchase a product in the middle of the billing cycle, they pay the prorated price rather than the full price, in the Payment options section, select the Prorate the price when athletes register after the season start date.
  5. To allow registrants to pay offline, in the Payment options section, select the Give registrants the option to pay in-person checkbox.
