Taking attendance

  1. Either:
    • Under the Attendance tab, click Take Attendance > Take Attendance, and select the required session from the drop down menu and select the date in the calendar.
    • Under the Attendance tab, click the Session Schedule > Calendar View > Day tab, and click the Attendance link for the required session.
  2. Mark each participant as:
    • Present, by clicking the P button.
    • Absent, by clicking the A button.
  3. In the Mark all as drop down, you may also mark all participants in one action as:
    • All present, by selecting the All present option.
    • All absent, by selecting the All absent option.
    • Neither present or absent (if the session is canceled), by selecting the No workout option.
  4. To enter a note for this session, under the calendar, click the Pen icon.
    • To allow parents to view this note in the Portal, select the Allow parents to see this note in the Portal checkbox.
  5. To enter a note for a specific participant, next to the required participant, click the Pen icon.
    • To allow parents to view this note in the Portal, select the Allow parents to see this note in the Portal checkbox.
