Validating your direct deposit payment account

Direct deposit accounts must be validated before ACTIVE can send you payments. Once you have set up your direct deposit account with ACTIVE, you will receive two micro deposits in your bank account sent by ACTIVE. You must validate your bank account using the micro deposits.

  1. On the navigation bar, click Account.
  2. Click Payment accounts.
  3. Select your desired payment account, and click the Validate link.
  4. Enter the two micro deposits you received from ACTIVE, and then click Validate.
It takes 3 to 5 business days for the validation. The status of your account changes to Active if the validation is successful. If the status of your account is Validation failed, you need to contact us for the validation.
