Creating a volunteer event

You can create an independent volunteer event or a volunteer event for a swim meet.

  1. Click Volunteers.
  2. To create a volunteer event that is associated with a swim meet:
    1. In Event type, click Meet.
    2. Click Upload a meet file.
    3. Click Choose file and then select the meet file that was exported from the Meet manager (it can be an EV3 file or a zipped EV3 file).
    4. From the Program dropdown list, select the program that is associated with the meet.
    5. Save your change.
  3. To create an independent volunteer event.
    1. In Event type, click Event.
    2. Enter the event name and dates.
    3. From the Program dropdown list, select the program that is associated with the volunteer event if required.
    4. Save your change.
