The Account Distribution report shows debit and credit transactions for each GL account over a particular date range. For each account, all charges are listed with the receipt number, transaction description, and debit or credit amount.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Reports > Daily Close Reports > Account Distribution.
Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Account Distribution.
In the Filters section, specify the GL Account, Transaction Date/Time range, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section:
Select the Output Type for the report.
Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.
Click Run Report.
