To view revenue information for activities, run the Activity Revenue report.
Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Activity Revenue.
In the Filters section, specify the Activities, Seasons, Activity Start Dates, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section:
To narrow down the report data to activities with a specific activity and/or enrollment status, select the status from the Activity Status and/or Enrollment Status lists.
To group the report data according to specific criteria, select the grouping criteria from the Group by list.
To include private lessons hours in the report, select Show Private Lesson Hrs?
To add additional charges to the Sales column in the report, select Include Additional Charge?
Select the Output Type for the report.
In the Sort Options section, select the required method to sort the information in the report.
Click Run Report.
Notes:
When comparing the Activity Revenue report to the Roster - with Payment, keep in mind that the Activity Revenue report does not include either tax or refund charge amounts. The Activity Revenue report also automatically subtracts transaction/processing fees paid to ACTIVE Network, LLC while the Roster does not. As a result, the amounts in the Activity Revenue report may not match up exactly to the amounts in the Roster - with Payment (which includes tax but does not include refund charges).
