You can create and add new campaigners to a team or division from the Team List and Division List pages.
Note: You can add an existing campaigner to a team or division from the Campaigners page.
Go to Administration > Campaign Settings > Campaigns.
Select a campaign from the Campaign List page.
Choose one of the following:
To add a new campaigner to a team, click Manage Teams .
To add a new campaigner to a division, click Manage Divisions.
Click Campaigners for one of the listed teams or divisions.
Choose one of the following:
To add a campaigner who does not yet exist in the system, click Add New and enter campaigner details in the Add New Campaigner page.
To add a campaigner who exists in the system as a customer, click Add from Existing Customers to search from among your existing customers.
To add a campaigner who exists as a system user, click Add from Existing System Users and select campaigners from the list of system users in the System User List section.
