Staff users can now setup dressing rooms in their organization and associate them with facilities, so that when reserving a facility on behalf of a customer, staff users can assign dressing rooms to the facility bookings.
Note that dressing rooms cannot be reserved independently of a facility.
To create or edit a dressing room:
Log into the ACTIVENet AUI using an account associated with a system user profile with full access to the new Administration: Facility - Dressing Rooms permission.
On the new Administration Home > Facility Settings > Dressing Rooms page:
To create a new dressing room, click Add New and then enter the required information for the room. To use a dressing room in a pair with another dressing room, in the Pair With Room dropdown, select the room to pair with this dressing room. All dressing rooms must be named and created before they can be paired with each other.
To edit a dressing room, in the Room Name column, click the required room name.
