This report displays agency payment information for all transactions in a given date range. This report shows the amount due to your agency from transactions made in ACTIVE Net. This amount is calculated using the totals for credit card payment amounts minus the credit card fees and transaction fees (if applicable).
Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Agency Payment.
In the Filters section, specify the Receipt Dates/Times, Revenue Sites, Transaction Sites, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section:
To show subtotal amounts for each date in addition to the report grand total, select Show Sub Totals?
To display only the amount totals for each date instead of the individual transactions, select Summary Report.
To exclude transactions that have zero amounts, select No Zero Amount Records.
To display only Voided or Not Voided transactions, select the appropriate option from the Voided Status list.
Select the required method to group transactions in the report from the Group by list.
Select the report Output Type.
Click Run Report.
