To display information about equipment inventory, run the Bookable Equipment Inventory report. This report includes the option to run reports on available, damaged, lost, booked, or retired equipment.
Go to Reports > Reservation Reports > Bookable Equipment Inventory.
In the Filters section, select the Equipment Items, Equipment Types, Reservation Site, and/or any other information to filter the report.
In the Options section:
Select the Equipment Status required for equipment that you want to display on the report.
Select the Output Type for the report.
Click Run Report.
