Bookable equipment inventory report

This report displays information about equipment inventory. Included is the option to run reports on available, damaged, lost, out or retired equipment.

Location

Reports > Reservation Reports > Bookable Equipment Inventory

 

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Bookable Equipment Inventory page:

The following filters are available on the Equipment Items Inventory page: Equipment Item, Equipment/Facility/Equipment Group, Equipment Type, Equipment Category, Reservation Site, Center and Geographic Area.

Options

Equipment Status

Dropdown list

Option to include equipment with different statuses in the report.

 

The options are: Available, Any Status, Damaged, Lost, Out, or Retired.

Output type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
