Adding or modifying a subsidy program

You can create subsidy programs for application to activities and/or memberships. Note that only admin users and staff users whose user profile has Full Access to the "Administration: Financial – Subsidies" permission can create and edit subsidies.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Financial Settings > Subsidies.

    2. Choose one of the following:

    3. In the Subsidy Information section, enter the Subsidy Name, GL Account and Warning Message.

    4. In the Annual Budget section, optionally enter the Calendar Year, Annual Max Budget, Current Max Expenditure.

    1. In the Allocations section, optionally specify automatic subsidy allocation amounts for different age groups.

    2. In the Eligible Activities section, specify activities that are eligible for the subsidy.

    3. In the Eligible Membership Packages section, specify packages that are eligible for the subsidy.

    1. Click Save.
