Use the Copy Activities page to copy existing activities to a new season and/or term. This is useful if you want to add similar activities to a new season while automatically updating activity numbers and retaining existing settings such as registration dates and times.
Note: When you copy an activity, the number of sub-activities copied depends on the Levels of Sub-Activities to Copy setting.
Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Activities - Copy.
Search for the activities.
Select the activities that you want to copy from the Copy column.
Select a New Season (parent season) and/or a New Term (child season) that you want to copy the activities into.
Note: If you select a New Term, ACTIVE Net will use the default registration dates and times for the new activity.
Click Submit.
