This report displays a log of customer credit card, debit card, and electronic check payment (ECP) transactions. For each transaction it includes the receipt number, date and time, masked credit card number and expiration date, customer name, transaction amount, and transaction result.
Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Credit Card/Debit Card/ECP.
In the Filters section, specify the Transaction Dates, Customers, Revenue Sites, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section:
To display only transactions that have been Voided or Not Voided, select the appropriate option from the Voided Status list.
Select whether to display Credit Cards, ECP (electronic credit payments), and/or Debit Cards in the report.
To display only transactions with or without a manual authorization code, select the appropriate option from the Credit Card Transaction list.
To display only transactions with a specific ECP approval status, select the appropriate option from the ECP Approval Status list.
To display only transactions with a specific credit card approval result, select the appropriate option from the Approval Result list.
Select the methods that you want to use to group the report from the Group by lists.
Select the Output Type for the report.
Click Run Report.
