Credit Card/Debit Card/ECP

This report displays the log of credit card transactions by customers. It includes the receipt number, transaction date and time, masked credit card number (only the last 4 digits are displayed) and expiration date, customer name, transaction amount, and transaction result (whether the card was approved or declined).

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Credit Card page:

The following filters are available on the Credit Card page: Transaction Date Range, Customer, Transaction Site, Revenue Site, and System User.

Payment Types

Checkboxes

Select the payment types to display in the report:

 

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • ECP

Credit Card Transaction

Dropdown list

You can select a credit card transaction type from the dropdown list:

  • All - Select this option to show all credit card transactions.

  • With Manual Auth Code - Select this option to show credit card transactions with a manual authorization code.

  • Without Manual Auth Code - Select this option to show the credit card transaction without a manual authorization code.

ECP Approval Status

Dropdown list

ECP (electronic card payment) status, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The options are:

  • All - All of the ECP statuses will be included in the report.

  • Submitted - All submitted ECP statuses will be included in the report.

  • Declined - Only declined ECP will be included in the report.

  • Deposited - Only deposited ECP will be included in the report.

Approval Result

Dropdown list

Option to only include credit card transactions that were Approved, Declined, or Both.

Group By (1st and 2nd)

Dropdown list

Option to group (and sub-group) the report by Date, Customer Name, and Site.

Include Online Transactions?

Checkbox

Option to include data from transactions that were created on the customer (public access) site.

 

Note: This option is only visible to system users who do not have a multi-site user profile.

Output Type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Excel (Tabular Format).

 

If you want to export this report using a plain format and no subtotals so that you can easily manipulate the figures in a spreadsheet, select Microsoft Excel (Tabular Format).
