Use the Program Grades page to view the grades received by a customer (and all family members included in the account) for all daycare programs where the customer has registered.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers.
Search for and select the customer that you want to view.
Click List Program Grades.
Choose one or more of the following:
To display program registrations for all family members included in the customer account, click Show Family Member Transactions.
To display only the program registrations for the current customer, click Show Only Customer Transactions.
To narrow down the list of program grades to a specific season or term, select the Season and/or Term that you want to view.
To exclude specific grade results from the education and GPA calculations, select the Program Grades checkboxes in the Exclude From Education Unit and GPA calculations? column.
To record a newly accepted transfer education unit, click Add New.
