Run the Donations report to view donations made by customers across a given date range. The Donations report displays the customer name, date, donation campaign, and amount for each donation listed. This report also displays a sub-total of all donations made by each customer along with the total amount of all donations.
Go to Reports > Campaign Reports > Donations.
To run the report for an existing custom list of customers only, select the list that you want to use in the Custom List section.
In the General section, specify the campaign details, donation details, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section:
Use the Optional Field lists to specify any customer contact details that you want to include in the report, if necessary.
Select the Customer Name Format, Sort by option, and Output Type for the report.
Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.
Click Run Report.
To configure the Reports > Campaign Reports > Campaign Donation Tracking report to:
Include donations from all companies:
Leave the General section > Company filter empty.
Untick the Options section > Exclude Companies (Except if in Company Filter)? checkbox.
Include donations from only specific companies, then select the required companies in the General section > Company filter.
Exclude donations from all companies:
Leave the General section > Company filter empty.
Tick the Options section > Exclude Companies (Except if in Company Filter)? checkbox.
