Donations report

This report lists donations made by customers for a given date range. It displays the customer name, date of each donation, name of donation campaign, and donation amount.

 

This report also displays a sub-total of all donations made by each customer and the total amount of all donations.

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Donations Report page:

Custom List Dropdown list

Title of customer list to run the Donations report for, as selected from a predefined list.

 

Only customers in the list will be included in the report.

 

Click the Preview/Edit List link to view or edit the custom lists of email recipients.

 

Note: If a custom list is not selected, the report will be run for all customers.

The following filters are available on the Donations Report page: Campaign Name, Campaign Start Date, Campaign End Date, Donation amount, Date of Donation, Revenue Site and Company.

Options

Optional Fields (1-4) Dropdown list Select one or more customer contact information fields to include in the report.
 
Types of contact information include Cell Phone, Customer #, DOB, Email, 1st Contact Name, 1st Contact Phone, 2nd Contact Name, 2nd Contact Name, Home Phone, Other Phone, Payer, Payer Name, Member Number work Phone.
Customer Name Format Dropdown list Select one of the following customer name formats from the dropdown list:
  • Lastname, Firstname

  • Firstname Lastname

 

Note: If you sort the donation transactions in the report by customer name, the order of customers will be displayed follow the selected customer name format.

Include Staff's Transaction Notes? Checkbox Display notes made in the Staff Notes area for donation transactions completed from the Front Desk.
Include Customer's Transaction Notes? Checkbox Display notes made in the Customer Notes area for donation transactions completed from the Front Desk.
Include Drop-In Customer Donation? Checkbox Option to include donations by drop-in customers.
Exclude Companies (Except if in Company Filter)? Checkbox Option to exclude donations by companies.

  • If any companies are selected in the General > Company filter, then donations from these companies are included in the report regardless of this setting.
  • If this is ticked and NO companies are selected in the General > Company filter, then donations from ALL companies are excluded from the report.
Sort by Dropdown list Sort the donation transactions in the report by one of the following criteria:
  • Customer Name

  • Donation Amount

Output Type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
