Enrollee list report

The Enrollee List report shows the list of students enrolled in a daycare program. It includes enrollee details such as name, age, gender, and other optional details such as emergency contact information, customer and staff notes, and payment information. The Enrollee List is similar to the Roster report, except that the Roster provides a daily list of enrollees for each day specified, while the Enrollee List only provides one general list of all enrollees without specifying the dates when they are attending.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Daycare  Reports > Enrollee List.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Daycare Program Type, Program, Sessions, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Use the Optional Field lists to specify any customer contact details that you want to include in the report, if necessary.

      2. Select the Status, Customer Name Format, Sort by option, and Output Type for the report.

      3. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
