Roster report (daycare)

This report shows the roster of enrollees in a daycare program for a specified date range, and can include enrollee details such as age, gender, emergency contact information, customer and staff notes, and payment information.

 

The Roster is similar to the Enrollee List report, except that the roster provides a daily list of enrollees for each day specified, while the Enrollee List only provides one general list of all enrollees without specifying the dates when they are attending.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Daycare Reports > Reports.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Daycare Program Type, Program, Sessions, Dates, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select the Residency type, Program Status, and Customer Name Format for the report.

      2. Use the Optional Field lists to specify any customer contact details to include in the report, if necessary.

      3. To specify that the report should show each customer's age as of the Report Date, the Program Start Date, or another Specified Age Calculation Date, select the appropriate option next to Calculate Age Based On.

      4. Select checkboxes that correspond to any other details or notes that you want to display in the report.

      5. Select to view either All current enrollees, All current waiting list entries, and/or All current trial registration entries in the Enrollment Status list.

      6. To show only customers with a specific membership status, select the status that you want to view from the Membership Status list.

      7. Select the Sort by option and the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
