Adding or modifying an extra detail

Extra details represent URLs or links to additional information. You can attach extra details to centers, activities, or facilities. You can use the Extra Detail Master List page to maintain a list of descriptions, but you define the actual URLs and thumbnail URLs at the same time you create the center, activity, or facility.

 

    1. Go to Administration > System Settings > Extra Detail Master.

    2. Choose one of the following:

    3. Select the Table where this extra detail will be available for use.

    4. Enter the title of the extra detail in the Detail Name box.

    5. Click Save.
