Linking an amenity or accessory to a facility or equipment record

Once you have defined an available amenity or accessory, you can then specify which amenities or accessories are linked to each of your facilities/equipment.

 

    1. Choose one of the following:

        1. Go to Administration > Facility Settings > Facilities.

        2. Search for and select a facility that you want to modify.

        3. Click Change Facility Amenities.

        1. Go to Administration > Equipment Settings > Equipment.

        2. Search for and select equipment that you want to modify.

        3. Click Change Equipment Accessories.

    2. Highlight the amenity or accessory that you want to link in the Available list.

    3. To move the amenity or accessory to the Selected list, click the >> (right arrow) button.

    4. Click Save.
