Facilities and equipment are the spaces or agency resources that can be booked or reserved.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new facility or equipment record, go to Administration > Facility/Equipment Settings > Add New.
Enter the Name, facility/equipment Type, Center, and/or any other necessary information in the General Information section.

Choose one of the following:
For a facility, enter the units to Reserve by, Internet Reservation Type, and/or any other necessary information in the Properties section.
For bookable equipment, enter the Total Quantity, Internet Reservation Type, Default Check-out/in Options, and/or any other necessary information in the Properties section.
For lendable equipment, enter the Total Quantity, Default Quantity to Lend, Default Sign-in Status, and/or any other necessary information in the Properties section.
Specify who will be notified by email whenever this facility is reserved in the Reservation Notification Email Settings section.
To override the system level settings for staff side and/or online advance reservation times, select Override System Level Setting -- Staff side? and/or Override System Level Setting -- Online? in the Advanced Reservations section, if applicable.
To allow consumers to view facility availability beyond the reservable dates in the CUI/online, in the Advanced Online Settings section, select the Show availability starting from the day after the reservable dates checkbox and then optionally entering an end date.
To override the center's hours of operation for this facility, enter new open and close times in the Hours of Availability (overriding center's hours) section, if applicable.
To enter default check-in and/or check-out times for this facility, enter times in the Default Times section, if applicable.
Click Save.
