You can specify that a customer must have a certain membership and/or alternate key before booking a facility.
Go to Administration > Facility Settings > Facilities.
Search for and select the facility that you want to assign a prerequisite.
Click Change Prerequisites.
Note: Any existing prerequisites for this facility are displayed below the General Information section.
In the Prerequisite Group 1 section, select a Current Membership or Immediate sale Membership that you want to assign as a prerequisite.
Note: An immediate sale membership will be sold to customers automatically when they book the current facility.
To specify another group of prerequisites that customers must satisfy to book the current facility:
Click Add Prerequisite Group.
Repeat step 4 for the new group.
Note: Use prerequisite groups when you need to create complex systems of prerequisites. If you want to specify that a customer needs only one out of a group of possible prerequisites, put each prerequisite into the same prerequisite group. A customer needs only one of the prerequisites in each prerequisite group in order to fulfil the facility requirement; however, each customer must also satisfy all prerequisite groups.
Click Save.
