To create a template for instructor hours data to export to an external payroll program, run the Instructor Hours Export.
Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Instructor Hours Export.
In the Filters section, specify the Seasons, Instructors, Activities, Activity Start/End Dates, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the export, if necessary.
In the Options section:
Select the Export Template that you want to use for the export.
Select the Output Type for the export.
Select the Include checkboxes that correspond to the types of data that you want to include in the export.
Select the method that you want to use to sort the export data from the Sort by list.
To export only one record for each of an instructor's activities (instead of one record for each participant in each activity), select Only Show Records per Activity/Permit per Instructor?
To include only instructor hours records that have been added or modified since a specific date, enter the date in the Added or Modified Since box.
Click Submit.
