Use the Retire Customers page to batch retire:
General customers who have not transacted since a specified date and/or are of a selected customer type.
Prospective customers who completed the prospective customer questionnaire form but are questionable.
Retired customers will no longer be included in customer search results.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers - Mass Retire.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers - Mass Retire.
To Retire general customers who:
Have not transacted since a specific date, select the date in the Transaction Cutoff Date field.
Are of a specified Customer Type, select the required Customer Type to retire.
Then click the Submit button. The number of customers who match the above criteria is displayed. To retire the customers, click OK.
To Retire customers from prospect form:
Who completed the prospective customer questionnaire form within a specific date range, select the required Form Submitted from and To dates.
By name, enter the required First Name and/or Last Name.
Then click Search, Select the checkboxes next to the prospective customers to retire and then click the Submit button.
