Membership Auto-renewal Cancellation report

This report lists records of customer who cancelled their auto-renewals. This report includes customer information, membership details, auto-renewal status and auto-renewal cancelation information.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Membership Reports > Membership Auto-renewal Cancellation.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Packages, Membership Start Dates, Cancel Auto-renewal Date,  Package Sites, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. To display only the current cancellation status, set Current Auto-Renewal dropdown to Cancelled only.

      2. Select whether or not to Include Historical Data.

      3. Select whether or not to show Retired customers on the report.

      4. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
