The Membership Renewal Expirations report shows the number of current membership renewals along with future expirations of selected membership packages. This report includes the number of late and early renewals, the number of memberships that will expire within 1, 2, 3, or more years, and current renewal percentages.
Go to Reports > Membership Reports > Membership Renewal Expirations.
In the Filters section, specify the Packages, Package Sites, Age Range, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section:
To consider memberships as current that have been renewed within a selected number of days, enter the number of days in the Current Renewals box.
Note: For example, enter 7 to specify that all renewals made within the past 7 days are considered current renewals.
Select one of the following as the Report Date Range:
To include membership renewals during the last month, select Last month.
To include membership renewals from the start of the year up to end of the last month, select Year to end of last month.
To include membership renewals during a specific date range:
Select Custom.
Enter the dates From and To.
Select whether or not you want to display Retired customers in the report.
Select the method that you want to use to group the report data from the Group Report by list.
Select the Output Type for the report.
Click Run Report.
