Membership retention report

The Membership Retention report displays membership retention information for selected packages over a particular period. This report shows the total number of members in each package, the number of retained members during the period, and the retention rate.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Membership Reports > Membership Retention.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Packages, Package Sites, Retention Period, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select which records to include in the report from the Retained Membership In option:

        • To include retained members who still have the same package, select Same package.

        • To include retained members who purchased a different package, select Different package.

        • To include all retained members, whether on the same package or a different package, select Any package.

      2. Select whether you want to count multi-pass packages as a single pass or to count each member of the multi-pass individually from the For Multi-Pass Packages option.

      3. Select whether or not you want to include Retired customers in the report.

      4. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
