Use the Manage Membership Scan page to manually check out members based on their check in membership scans or to undo a specific membership scan.
Go to Front Desk.
In the side-bar, click Membership and select Manage Membership Scan.
Enter a date range that you want to use to search for membership scans.
Enter any other details that you want to narrow down your search.
Click Search.
Choose one of the following:
To manually check out a customer who has not yet done so:
Select a Check out Entry Point that you want to use for the check out.
Select the customer in the Checkout column.
Click the Checkout button.
To undo a specific membership scan:
Select the scan that you want to undo in the Undo Scan column.
Click the Undo Scan button.
