Use this page to undo a membership scan made by a customer at an entry point.

You can use the following criteria in your search:

Click the link to launch the Entry Point List page, where you can select one or more entry points. |

Membership package of passes to include in the search results list.

Extend for Suspended Time |
Checkbox |
Extend the expiry date of the membership package for the duration of the suspension.
For example, if the package is set to expire on June 10, but it was suspended for 5 days before it expired, the expiry date will be extended to June 15. |
Click Search to start the search.
The Search Results section displays the membership scans that meet the search criteria. The Search Results section includes the following fields:

Click Submit to undo all the selected membership scans.
