Option to count multi-pass packages as one only, or count each pass holder individually.

The options are:

  • Count each household member as 1 unit: Each person who has a pass assigned to them will be counted in the report. For multi-pass packages, each individual pass holder/member will be counted in the report. For example, if a family package has 5 passes issued, the total number of members will be counted as 5.

  • Count entire household membership as 1 unit: The entire package will only be counted as 1, regardless of how many passes have been issued. Multi-pass packages will be counted as a single unit, and only primary members will be reported. For example, if a family package has 5 passes issued, then the membership will be counted as one unit in the report. For any other member details, only the details of the primary member will be included.
