Membership transfer report

This report displays information about membership transfers. This report includes the name and phone number of customers who transferred from one package to another, the package they transferred from, and the package they transferred into.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Membership Reports > Membership Transfer.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Packages, Package Categories, Package Sites, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. To hide the customer information for individual transfer customers and instead only show totals for each membership package, select Summary Report.

      2. Select one of the following as the Report Date Range:

        • To include membership renewals during the last month, select Last month.

        • To include membership renewals from the start of the year up to end of the last month, select Year to end of last month.

        • To include membership renewals during a specific date range:

          1. Select Custom.

          2. Enter the dates From and To.

      3. Select whether you want to count multi-pass packages as a single pass or to count each member of the multi-pass individually from the For Multi-Pass Packages option.

      4. Select whether or not you want to include Retired customers in the report.

      5. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
