Membership transfer

This report displays information about membership transfers. This includes the name and phone number of customers who transferred from one package to another, the package they transferred from, and the package they transferred in to.

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

Options

Summary Report

Checkbox

Option to produce a either a summary or detailed report.

 

The summary report only displays the total number of transfers from and into a membership package, while the detailed report displays customer information of members who transferred from one package to another.

Report Date Range

Radio Buttons/Date

Option to include records using one of the following date range options:

  • Last month: Display transfer statistics for the last month.

  • Year to end of last month: Display transfer statistics from the start of the year up to end of the last month.

  • Custom: Display transfer statistics for the selected date range. Click the icon to select the date range.

For Multi-Pass Packages

Radio buttons

Option to count multi-pass packages as one only, or count each pass holder individually.

 

The options are:

  • Count each household member as 1 unit: Each person who has a pass assigned to them will be counted in the report. For multi-pass packages, each individual pass holder/member will be counted in the report. For example, if a family package has 5 passes issued, the total number of members will be counted as 5.

  • Count entire household membership as 1 unit: The entire package will only be counted as 1, regardless of how many passes have been issued. Multi-pass packages will be counted as a single unit, and only primary members will be reported. For example, if a family package has 5 passes issued, then the membership will be counted as one unit in the report. For any other member details, only the details of the primary member will be included.

Retired

Dropdown list

Option to filter reports by customer status.

 

The options are:

  • All Customers - includes both retired and active customers

  • Exclude Retired - includes only active customers

  • Only Retired - includes only retired customers

Output Type

Dropdown list

Option to select the output type or format of the report, from a predefined list.

 

The options are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, or Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
