You can use the Manage Pending Equipment page to specify a batch of lendable equipment and update the statuses of all the pending equipment in the batch at the same time. Use the Unreturned Equipment page to search for all unreturned lendable equipment and change their statuses in a batch. You can also charge damage or loss fees to customers for any unreturned or damaged equipment.
Choose one of the following:
To view pending equipment, go to Front Desk. In the side-bar, click Equipment Loans and select Manage Pending Equipment.
To view unreturned equipment, go to Front Desk. In the side-bar, click Equipment Loans and select Unreturned Equipment.
On the Equipment Loan Transaction Search page, select any information that you want to use to filter the batch of equipment.
Click Search.
Click Change? or Sign In? for the equipment that you want to modify.
Select the Status that you want each equipment piece to have.
If you want to apply a charge for unreturned or damaged equipment, select the Damage / Loss Charge that you want to apply and enter the charge Amount.
If you want to apply an additional charge for unreturned or damaged equipment, click Add Charge and enter the charge information that you want to use.
Click Submit.
