Creating or modifying lendable equipment

Lendable equipment is equipment that can be borrowed (signed out) and then returned (signed in). You can link lendable equipment to a specific center and specify the total quantity available to loan.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Equipment Settings > Equipment.

    2. Choose one of the following:

        1. Enter the equipment information.

        2. Click Search.

        3. Select the equipment and click Change Equipment Details.

    3. In the General Information section, enter the Name, Center, and any other information specific to this equipment.

    4. Select a lendable equipment Type and an initial equipment Status.

    5. In the Properties section, enter the Total Quantity, Default Quantity to Lend, Limit per Customer, and Default Sign-in Status for this equipment.

    6. Click Save.
