The Reservations page lists all reservations created in the Facility Management module and enables you to manage those reservations. To access the Reservations page, on the Front Desk Home > Facility Management - NEW > Resource Calendar page, click the View Reservations icon.

To search for a reservation with a known permit number, in the Permit Number search field, enter the permit number and click the Search button.
To search for a reservation by Customer Name/ORG Name, Customer/ORG Email or Event Name, click the Permit Number dropdown to select a different search type and in the search field enter the required keyword to search for reservation permits.
If you do not know the permit number, customer name, email or event name, in the Filters section, select the required filters and enter the required search criteria to filter reservations.
To view only permits created by the current user, select the Created by me checkbox.
To view bookings from one or more permits grouped by month, click View Bookings by Month, select the checkboxes next to the required permits and then click the Submit button.
