To assist organizations in prioritizing registrations for resident customers, you create multiple participating zones (a list of eligible postal codes) so that these customers can register for the activity earlier than other customers.
For staff users to be able to create or edit participating zones, their user profiles must be granted Full Access to the Administration: Location - Participating Zones permission.
Go to Administration > Locations > Participating Zones.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new participating zone, click Add New.
To modify an existing participating zone, click the Participating Zone that you want to modify.
Enter a name for the zone. .
To set up eligible postal codes in this participating zone, download the template CSV file by clicking Download Template, fill in the eligible codes using any CSV editing tool such as Microsoft Excel and then upload the file by clicking the Choose File button and selecting the file.
To edit the eligible postal codes in the participating zone, download the template again or click the Download Current File link to download the previously uploaded file, editing the postal codes in the downloaded CSV file and then uploading the edited CSV file back into the system.
Click Save.
