Participating Zones

A participating zones is a list of eligible postal codes, which can be configured to assist organizations in prioritizing registrations for resident customers.

Prerequisite Components

Prior to entering the postal codes, the postal codes must be configured.

Where are they found?

    1. Select the Administration tab.

    2. Select the following menu links: Locations > Participating Zones.

How are they added or modified?

The Change Participating Zone page contains the following field, with the option to Save or Delete the record at the bottom of the page:

The name of the participating zone.

Required.

Download Template link Link Link to download the template CSV file.
You can then fill in the eligible codes using any CSV editing tool such as Microsoft Excel.

Choose File

Button Button to upload the CSV file filled with participating zones.

Download Current File link

Link After a CSV file has been successfually uploaded, the Download Current File link appears.
You can click it to download the previously uploaded file, editing the postal codes in the downloaded CSV file and then uploading the edited CSV file back into the system.
