Adding or modifying a pass layout

You can use the Pass Layout page to design the layout of the membership cards that your customers use to gain access to your facilities. You can have multiple card layouts and use them to easily differentiate between different types of customer membership packages.

 

Activities are the classes that are offered by the site for customer registration. For complete descriptions of the options in a section, click the section name below.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Membership Settings > Pass Layouts.

    2. Choose one of the following:

    3. In the Basics section:

      1. Enter the Name and Caption for the pass layout.

      2. Note: The Name refers to the way the layout will appear when listed in ACTIVE Net, while the Caption refers to the actual text of the heading that appears on the printed card.

      3. Select the format that you want to use for the customer's name from the Print Name list.

      4. Select any other options that you want to appear on the layout.

    4. In the Images section, select the Logo and Background Images that you want to appear on the printed card, if applicable.

    5. In the Custom Questions section, select the custom questions and/or answers that you want to appear on the printed card, if applicable.

    6. In the Advanced design section, select whether you want to use a custom layout that is uploaded from an external file, if applicable.

    7. Click Save.
