Use the Pending Customer List page to see all pending requests for new customer accounts. You can view the details of each request and then approve or deny it as necessary.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers - Pending.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers - Pending.
To see all pending account requests, click Search.
Note: To narrow down the list of pending requests, enter some search criteria before clicking Search.
Click the Name of the pending customer that you want to approve or deny.
Note: To view the list of all pending customer requests for a specific customer's family, click the link in the Number column for the customer that you want to view.
In the Approval Section, check the details that have already been entered and make any additions or modifications, as necessary.
Choose one of the following:
To approve the account request, click Submit in the Approval Section.
To deny the account request:
Select a Reason for the denial of the request.
Click Submit in the Denial Section.
