Audit trail reports allow you to see the changes made to system records and the users who made the changes. This information may be used for managing ACTIVE Net modules as well as the users who have access to these modules.
Go to Reports. In the side-bar, click General Reports and select Audit Trail.
Select the filters you want to use in the report. Enter the start and end date and time to be covered in the report. Click here for more details.
Select the options you want to include in the report.
From the dropdown list, select how you want to group the data in the report: it may be grouped either by the date the change was made or by the user who made the change.
From the dropdown list, select the output type for the report. This may be Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, or Microsoft Excel.
Click Run Report to generate the report in a new browser window.
If you want to use the same definitions to create another report at a later date, you can save this definition by giving it a new name and saving it.
In the Save Report Definition section, enter the name for the file.
Click Save As to save this definition of the report.
