You can use the Daycare Program Coupon Overrides page to make changes to a coupon that are only valid for the current program: the original coupon details will stay the same. For example, if the original coupon applies a 5% discount, you can override the coupon at the program to apply a 10% discount for the current program only. The coupon will still apply 5% to other programs.

Go to Administration > Daycare Settings > Programs.
Search for and select the program that you want to modify.
Choose one of the following:
To override coupon details for the program:
Click Change Coupons.
Click Daycare Overrides for the coupon that you want to override.
To override coupon details for the activity's merchandise:
Click Change Merchandise.
Click Coupons for the merchandise that you want to modify.
Click Daycare Overrides for the coupon that you want to override.
In the What section, specify the GL Account, Discount Type, and Discount Amount/Percent for the coupon.
In the When section, specify the dates when the coupon is valid for this activity, if applicable.
In the How Many section, specify any limits to the number of times the coupon can be used in total and per customer, if applicable.
Note: To specify that the coupon can be used an unlimited number of times, set the limit to 0.
Click Save.
