Receipt audit report

To audit receipts and refund vouchers for ACTIVE Net transactions, run the Receipt Audit report. For each receipt, this report shows the receipt number, date, time, payer name, payment type, payment amount, and transaction details.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Receipt Audit.

    2. In the Filters section, select the Customers, Receipt Dates/Times, Receipt #s, and/or any other information that you want to use to filter the report.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select the receipt and transaction types that you want to display in the report.

      2. Select whether to email or print receipts from the Receipt Action list.

      3. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
