Refund request report

The Refund Request Report lists refunds that have been requested within a specific date range. It includes the main contact of the account whose refund was requested, the date the refund request was made, and the amount of the refund.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Refund Request Report.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Customer, Request Dates, Refund Dates, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select the Status of the refunds to display on the report.

      2. Select whether or not to include the refund request reason in the report.

      3. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
