By default, ACTIVE Net includes all US states and Canadian provinces, but you may need to add states or provinces from other countries, if necessary.
Go to Administration > Locations > States.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new state or province, click Add New.
To modify an existing state or province, click the Name of the state or province that you want to modify.
In the State Details section, enter the State Name and Abbreviation.
Click Save.
