To monitor and troubleshoot the ACTIVE Net Workstation service, open the Administration Home > System Settings > Workstation Service Status page and view device/function initialization statuses and COM ports.
Note that the Workstation Service Status menu item is hidden from users without the Administration: System - Workstation Service Status permission.
