You can view the account balance for each of your customers, companies, and permits at any time. The Account Balance page shows the credit on account, amount owed, and transaction details for each customer, company, or permit.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers or Companies.
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers or Companies.
Search for and select the customer or company that you want to view.
Choose one of the following:
To view a customer of company account balance, click Account Balance.
To view a permit balance, go to Manage Contracts > Contract Balance.
To view a transaction's receipt details, click the link in the Receipt column.
To change a payment plan (if applicable), click the payment plan amount link.
