Use this page to approve or deny tentative permits.
The following fields and actions are available on the Approve/Deny Permit List page:

Status |
Current status of the permit.
Only permits with Tentative or Waiting Decision status are included in the list.
Click the status link of a particular permit to go to the Change Permit Status page where the permit can be approved or denied. |
Permit Number |
Permit number of the permit to be approved or denied.
Click the permit number to go to the Permit Functions page, where permit details can be viewed or modified. |
Event Type |
Event type of the reservation. |
Site |
Site of the reservation. |
Date |
Date when the reservation was entered in the system.
Note that this is not the date of the event reserved. |
Owner |
Username of the agency staff who entered the reservation in the system.
If the reservation was entered on the customer site, the default internet user will be listed as the owner. |
